The metal skid plate is new and custom-designed for Hyundai Kona, compatible with all versions manufactured between 2018 and 2023. It protects the underside of the vehicle and sensitive components against impacts, stones, mud, dirt and road irregularities. The skid plate protects the following components: engine, gearbox, radiator, front bumper. The skid plate is made from steel sheet with a thickness of 2 mm. Includes screws, spacers and all accessories required for installation. All skid plates are powder coated for corrosion protection, providing greater resistance and durability. The skid plates feature welded reinforcements to improve resistance against external impacts. |

Great concept, especially in Australia where half the roads are unsealed and the ruts have large rocks that can kill a sump or smash a gear box, this thing has been a life saver. I wish that it came with instructions rather than just one diagram showing an approximation of where it should roughly go and what parts of the (car) body to use. One of the holes did not line up causing alignment issues on installation. Got a bit beat up and damaged on it's journey getting here. But the finish and quality is great. Am considering another for the wife's car as well. Easy company to deal with, very professional.
