RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
We seek the satisfaction of our customers and so our services are customer oriented. The customer has the responsibility to verify the integrity of package on the time of arrival.
In case the package is damaged or incomplete, please refuse to sign it and file the GLS/DPD/ParcelForce/TNT/FedEx complaint report.
Claims for missing items or product damage during shipping must be notified within 2 working days of the receipt of the goods.
1. RETURN PERIOD:
We offer a 30 day no questions asked buy back guarantee.
Our whole policy is consistent with Romanian law OUG 130/2000 and O.U.G. nr.174 / 2008 for online and distance sales.

3. STEPS OF RETURN:
a.) Send us an email notification asking for the return. Our colleagues will make contact with you to confirm the collection address and preferred collection date.
b.) Place the original package in a different box or prepare the initial package.
c.) Hand over the package to the transport company. No need to print out any labels. The courier will arrive with pre printed labels for the return.
We will refund the full amount paid for the product within a 7 day period, counting from receiving back the item.
Refunds made through PayPal will be credited directly to buyer’s PayPal account.
Credit card and bank transfer purchases will be refunded to the bank account of the customer.
5. CANCELLING THE ORDER:
Every customer has the right to cancel the order without any reason, and should contact us via email before returning the product.
